By downloading or playing Blockbay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.

Your licence to use Blockbay

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Blockbay on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the app, nor to redistribute it, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Coins and in-app purchases

Blockbay includes coins, a virtual in-game currency. Coins can be earned by playing and can also be bought in packs through Google Play.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred between accounts or devices, or redeemed for anything outside Blockbay.
• You are buying a limited licence to use coins inside the game, not property in them.
• Coins and progress are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, reset the app's data, or lose the device, your coins and progress are lost. We keep no backup and cannot restore them.
• All purchases are handled by Google Play. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy, and requests must be made to Google, not to us. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable consumer law.
• We may change coin prices, rewards, and the in-game economy in future versions of the app.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue Blockbay, or any feature within it, at any time. We aim to keep the game working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Disclaimer of warranties

Blockbay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KageStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of your use of Blockbay.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use Blockbay after a change means you accept the revised terms.
